When you have access to this page you do not need to call for the latest updates.... ********************************************* IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be responsible! If you have a contagious illness, a persistent cough or fever, or any other flu-like symptoms, do not get on an airplane and/or come to RSE events. ********************************************* ACCOMMODATIONS All students at Beginning and Advanced Retreats on the RSE campus spend each night of the event on campus and bring their own sleeping bag, RV, tent or trailer. ********************************************* TRAILER AND RV POLICY IF you are bringing your RV or a rented RV or trailer on to the RSE campus for an event you MUST come in during regular gate and registration times. ********************************************* NO PETS ON THE RSE CAMPUS No pets are allowed on the RSE campus at any time. If you have pets in your vehicle during gate and registration times you will be sent home. ********************************************* IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE RSE CAMPUS INTOXICATED, YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL FOR ONE YEAR WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. This also means you will lose your current eligibility and must start over in the school. ********************************************* JZ Rose Warehouse Giveaway ExtravaganzaA JZ Rose Warehouse Giveaway Extravaganza has been scheduled for February 13 in the arena. Gates and registration will be from 9am to 11:45am on February 13. There is no pre-registration for this event. Bands cost $100 each, and students may choose up to 30 items per band with no limit on the number of bands purchased. There will be over 15000 items available. ********************************************* 2010 Beginning RetreatsThe first 2010 Yelm Beginning Retreats are scheduled for the following dates: March 2-7 March 30-April 4 June 12-17 Registration and check-in will be from 10am to 1pm the day the event begins The cost is $750, with children 6-19, seniors 65 and over, and full-time college students with a letter on file paying 1/2 price. ********************************************** Blue College RetreatThe Blue College Retreat is scheduled for February 19-28. The cost is $1050. All students who completed a Follow-Up in 2009 are invited to join Blue College at this event. Gates and registration will be from 1pm to 7pm both February 18th and 19th, with the event starting at 7pm on February 19. Those students who arrive on the 18th may spend that night on the RSE campus. All students must have either a tent, camper, or RV. There will be no sleeping in the arena. All students who attend this Blue College Retreat are invited to attend the Optional Extension as well. The dates of the Extension are March 1-5. The cost of the Extension is $900. Registration times will be scheduled on March 1st for those students wishing to register at that time. There are no senior or college student discounts for Blue College events, and no one under 18 may attend. Week-day days will NOT be optional for the mandatory Retreat portion of this event. Week-day days WILL be optional for the Optional Extension. ********************************************** Primary RetreatThe Primary Retreat is scheduled for March 20-28. The cost is $1050, with seniors, children, and full-time college students paying 1/2 price. Those students who attended the Blue College Retreat may also attend for 1/2 price. All students who attended a Follow-Up in 2009 are invited to attend this event. Gates and registration will be from 4pm to 7pm on March 19th, and from 11am to 3pm on March 20, with the event starting at 3pm on March 20. Those students who arrive on the 19th may spend that night on the RSE campus. Week-day days will be optional, and students are welcome to sleep in tents, RVs, or in the arena. All students who attend this event are also invited to attend the Primary Retreat Optional Extension. The dates for the Extension are March 20-April 2. The cost is $500, with seniors, children, and full-time college students paying 1/2 price. Blue College Extension students may attend for $350. ********************************************* Blue Body Dance EveningsRSE has scheduled a series of Blue Body Dance Evenings. These Evenings are open to all current students. The cost is $40, with seniors and children paying 1/2 price. The dates are as follows: March 5* April 2 June 15 July 13 August 27 September 27 December 5 Gates and registration will be from 5pm to 7pm. *Blue College Extension students may attend the Blue Body Dance Evening on March 5 free of charge. ********************************************** Tank Day SeriesRSE has scheduled a series of Tank Days. These events are open to all current students ages 12 and up. The cost is $50, with children and seniors paying 1/2 price. The dates are as follows: April 17 May 22 June 19 August 28 September 18 Gates and registration will be from 8am to 9am. ********************************************** PLEASE CHECK OUR WEB SITE FOR INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL EVENTS SCHEDULED FOR YELM AS WELL AS THE WORLD TOUR. ================================================== ********************************************** CHILDREN UNDER AGE 6 FREE: All childen up to age 6 may attend any Event at no charge, and will not have to follow any eligibility prerequisites. At the age of 6, children will start to pay for events, and will need to attend a Beginning Retreat and Beginning Follow-Up in the same calendar year to be current. ********************************************** SENIOR DISCOUNT POLICY Seniors 65 and over pay 1/2 price for all events except for Blue College. Occassionally there may be exceptions to this, in which case you will be notified in advance of the change. ******************************************** CHILDREN 6-19 Children 6-19 pay 1/2 price for all events. Occassionally there may be an exception to this, in which case you will be notified ina advance of the change. ******************************************** NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS Remember, there are no refunds or transfers on any event you preregister for unless that event is canceled by RSE. ********************************************** FORM OF PAYMENT, HOW TO PREREGISTER We accept money orders and cashier's checks, no personal or business checks please.
