 World Tour Registration Policy Change  


To be effective immediately, Ramtha's School of Enlightenment will no longer be accepting cash or travelers checks at the door for ANY event outside the U.S.
There will be NO exceptions to this new policy.
RSE will be taking registration at the door for events outside the U.S. with credit cards ONLY.

Languages - Details

When registering for events always mention your name, surname, address and the event you are registering for.

You may register for events in several different ways:

• Cash: It is possible to pay in US dollars or with traveler's checks at the registration window before the beginning of an event in the US only.
  
• Credit Cards: (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) may be used at the registration window before the beginning of an event.
  You will need to mention the type, the name on the credit card, the card number, the expiration date and the event you wish to attend.

You may pre-register for an event with a credit card in the following ways:

Please Note: RSE does not accept business checks, or personal checks. Refunds There are no refunds or transfers and no credits for any event unless that event is cancelled by RSE. Remember, before leaving to attend an event in Yelm, check the online EVENT HOTLINE or call 360.458.5201, Ext. 2, for the latest updates on events. Payment with credit card may only be done up to 2 days before the beginning of the event.

• International bank check in US dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank in your country and made out to JZK, Inc. The check should be mailed to RSE - P.O. Box 1210, Yelm, WA, 98597, U.S.A.

WIRE TRANSFERS TO THE US

In order to avoid confusion when registering for World Tour or Yelm events each student is asked to keep their name as simple as possible using one first name and one last name. (However if you have a common name in your country such as "Maria" you may use your middle name.)

RSE requests that at any event you wish to attend that you always register with the same name as you have given us to be put on the RSE computer database. If the same name is not used you may not be found in the database and therefore not considered eligible for the event you wish to attend. Please speak with your coordinator if you wish to change your name or are confused.

1. List the names of all the students on the wire that are attending the event.
2. Make certain the name of the event is on the wire, for example: Mexico Beginning Retreat. Amount sent: 5,000 Pesos. (You can abbreviate, i.e.: MX Beg Ret)
3. Be certain the country where the event is taking place is indicated on the wire.
4. If there are too many names registering and paying for the event with a single wire be certain to email with a full list of names and the date the wire was sent, the amount of the wire, and the name and country of the event.
5. Be certain that you only use the name as it appears in the RSE computer database as mentioned above.
6. The person registering is responsible for paying any bank fees associated with sending a wire transfer. RSE will ONLY pay its fee for receiving a wire (not the sending cost of the wire).
7. If you send a wire and forget to put your name or the person's name you are wiring for please email registration@ramtha.com with this information and the date and amount of the wire as well as the event you are registering for.
8. If a child is included in your wire you must email registration@ramtha.com and give the age and birth date of the child.
9. Please send a copy of your wire transaction together with your completed registration form to the coordinator responsible in your language. You are also asked to bring a copy of the wire to the event

Please note: You may send a wire transfer NO LATER than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Your bank wire fee is NOT to be deducted from the event charge.
