If you continue to use our products and services on or after January 1, 2025, you will be required to complete the new Agreement. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of RSE's products and services, including purchases.

If you do not agree, you can choose to close your RSE Account before the Agreement becomes effective.

• The title has been changed to Nondisclosure Agreement to emphasize the confidential nature of the products and services.
• Emphasis on not teaching or otherwise disseminating Protected Information without prior written permission from JZK, Inc.
• Emphasize that student participants are neither employees nor independent contractors of JZK, Inc.
• The Agreement remains in effect for your lifetime and operates retroactively to the date of your first participation in any event.
• The Agreement applies to your child/ward under the age of 18 if they participate.
